Mt. Wolfe “Life Size Ghosts” | Two Sisters Records

South London four piece Mt. Wolfe have blasted into the music scene with a wonderful four song EP that’s filled with a cross between electronica, exotic tones in the folk spectrum and a format in composition that is incredible. With press from all over the media hemisphere collecting as the weeks past, I am really glad to catch wind of this group and really absorb their debut 12″ EP Life Size Ghosts.

Released on 12″ with Two Sisters Records, it’s a really great glimpse into a band who has a lot of potential to enter into the consciousness of the world. It’s a sound that I really feel connects with a lot of different people, showering in a state of beauty people of all different walks of life can enjoy. Infectious sounds are wrapped in a glowing field of electronica and lush instrumentation that gives the music an uplifting, soulful and long lasting impression.

I have not spent a lot of time with the music but it’s an album that hit me strongly on first contact. It’s a treat to see how genres are merging today and Mt. Wolfe put a nice spin on this new direction music is taking.
